Who is the prophet?

He is a free, male human being to whom a law was revealed, and he was sent to a people who believe in a previous law, so he is the one whom God Almighty informs, that is: He reveals that he should act according to the law of those before him, and God sends him to a people who believe in a previous law to remind them of what they have forgotten, and to nullify what they have invented, and to correct what they have made mistakes in, and to judge between them in what they differed in, and he is a role model for them in following the previous Messenger, as he rules by the law of those before him, and no book is revealed to him, and a special revelation may be revealed to him in an incident
